Kathmandu is the city of temple, mantra, and monastery we have six thousand temples are recorded in the department of archeology of Nepal. Average elevation of Kathmandu valley is 1350 m from sea level. It is surrounded by the hill to pull the direction. The total population of Kathmandu is approx 4 million. We have only one international airport in Kathmandu other two airport under the constriction We have 126 total languages in Nepal inside the Kathmandu Newari people settle here it is the biggest linguistic group the Nepal they are popular for cultural values, fiesta, and festival. Monkey Temple (Swyambhunath Temple)

Swyam means self-originated bhu means land it is the viewpoint of Kathmandu, surrounds hills and the Himalayas range .it was listed in the UNESCO in 1979 A.D and stupa recognize the common land for the Hindu, Buddhist and mix religion. People visited for their faith and denotation.

 

Kathmandu Durbar square

It is the masterpiece of art and architrave before the eighteen centenaries we had more than 40 kingdoms. It is one of the most popular kingdoms builds by the Malla  Dynasty and expansion by the Shah dynasty.

 

Pashupatinath Temple

Pashupatinath temple is one of the holiest temples dedicated to Lord Shiva and the god of animal lives. As one of the most visit legendary Hindus temple in the subcontinent, this site welcomes millions of visitors every year. The temple is located on the bank of sacred Bagmati river which is run down to the Ganges. Here you get chance to witness open public crematorium with all the rituals being performed.
Kathmandu Durbar Square

Kathmandu Durbar square also known as Basantapur. Kathmandu Durbar square show caste Nepalese art architecture at its best. The architecture is typical of the Malla dynasty who ruled over Nepal for 6 centuries from 12th to 18th.
Boudhanath Stupa

Buddhanath Stupa is the largest stupa in Nepal and the holiest Tibetan Buddhist temple outside Tibet. It is the center of Tibetan culture in Kathmandu and rich in Buddhist symbolism. The stupa is located in the town of Buddha, On the eastern outskirts of Kathmandu.
