Nepal is home to as much as 1,310 peaks with the altitude over 6,000m. In order to launch a climbing expedition on these peaks, a climbing permit is required as per guidelines of Nepal Mountaineering Association. A permit can be obtained from NMA or any government registered and NMA member trekking agency upon request
