Everest View Trekking is a short yet much rewarding trekking trip to the heart of the Himalayas, the Everest region. It offers you the breathtaking view of the much famed Mt. Everest and other neighboring peaks yet you needn’t strain yourself in the tough terrains of the Everest Base Camp. With the panoramic scenery and biodiversity, torrential rivers and enchanting waterfalls, the stone walls reflecting the Sherpa way of living, prayer wheels and flags representing people’s faith, you are blessed with all the richness any trip to this region has to offer. Delightful and relaxed, Everest View Trekking gets you up close and personal with pride of Nepal without walking into the elevated Everest region.
Everest View Trekking starts with the city tour in the well conserved heritages of the medieval cities of Kathmandu valley. The holy Hindu pilgrimage destination of Pashupatinath temple, two of the ancient Buddhist stupas of Boudhanath and Swayambhunath (also known as the Monkey Temple) and the architectural masterpieces in Patan Durbar Square shall prepare us for the trek before we fly to Lukla. Gaining altitude to witness the snow-capped peaks poking through the clouds that seems to be right beside the flying aircraft best describes the flight to Lukla. We trek for couple of hours to Phakding and ascend ahead to the Sherpa capital of Namche Bazzar. The higher we ascend, the better scenic diversity we get. An early morning hike to the Everest Viewpoint gets us the most promising view of the magnificent Everest and other sibling peaks and leaves us mesmerized with the enchanting magic casted upon us by the nature. We trek back to Namche Bazzar to explore the special markets and glimpse of the trading style in this ancient trade hub. We then descend back to Lukla and then fly back to Kathmandu and rest ourselves before parting to respective destinations.
Everest View Trekking fits the need of every backpacker who wishes to view the Himalayas up close with least effort along with those exert much effort into such rough terrain. Autumn (September to December) and spring (March to May) are the preferred seasons for this trek. Join hands with the professional team of Luxury Holiday Trek to get the best out of the trip.
